Member area refers to the section of MAERICH website, where Users login with their own email address & self-determined password, to access the Light Configurator, create unique specification sheets, request & receive quotations, relevant information & save their request details.

Information created by Members through the use of this Website service, Light Configurator, Specification Sheets & Quotation Requests & all other material & features, will be collected by MAERICH.

Acceptance & Agreement of the Terms of Use

By using the website partially or whole and/or accessing the Member Area, the User declares his agreement & consent to the Terms of Use including applicable laws and regulations.

Materials contained in the website are protected by applicable copyright & trade mark laws.

All decisions by MAERICH in respect of the Terms of Use shall be conclusive and binding on the User and or Purchaser.

Nothing in these terms and conditions or otherwise arising from or in connection with the Terms of Use shall be deemed or construed to be a policy of insurance between MAERICH and the User and or Purchaser.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. It may be changed, amended or altered at any time by MAERICH at its’s sole discretion without notice to User or Purchaser.

Member Area Access

To access the Member Area, a Member account is required, consisting of the User’s own email address & self-determined password.

The responsibility of maintaining the access & confidentiality of the password, accuracy & privacy of the information provided (including change in Company, Position, Employee, Employee’s Access Rights to previous work saved), lies with the User. This is to be protected & heavily monitored by the User & its Company.

Do NOT use the Member Area if User’s Company is concerned that material created by their Users stay with their Users or is accessible by their Users in the future. It is the sole & absolute responsibility of the User & User’s Company to manage their Member account to protect the confidentiality and privacy of their own material created & saved in their account.

While registration of the User & maintaining the User account are provided free of charge with technical constraints, the User shall access & utilize the features, material & information at their own risk & take precautions to save & print the required work done.

MAERICH reserves the right to block or delete User accounts at its sole discretion without providing any reason whatsoever. Activities occurring from or under the User account is deemed to be at the absolute responsibility of the User.

Please report any unauthorized use immediately.

Proprietary rights in the website

MAERICH holds all ownership and proprietorship of all documents including but not limited to product specification sheet, wiring diagram, installation guide, CAD drawings, photos, illustrations, corporate designs and other protectable content that is provided on the website (hereinafter referred to as “MAERICH content”).

If you consider exploiting any MAERICH content, you are responsible to undertake appropriate intellectual property clearance before engaging in any exploitative conduct.
